Pricing & Discounted Package Rates 

House calls: are $60 an hour with a 2-hour minimum.  Telephone / email consulting is available at the same price and should be pre-paid.  You will be notified via email when your balance drops below 10 minutes.

Referral Program: If you refer me three new clients, then once you've met the 2 hours minimum, you get a third hour for free. That's 3 hours worth of computer repair or tutoring for only $100.

Cancellations require at least 24 hours advanced notice, otherwise you will be billed for the 2-hour minimum house call. You may cancel via voice mail or email.

Out of Area Travel Fee: If you live outside of Asheville, Black Mountain, or Swannanoa, or are located more than 25 miles round trip, there is an out of area travel fee of $15.

Retainer Package:

This package covers the majority of your computer needs including: virus & spyware removal, tutoring, computer upgrades (i.e. RAM, hard drives, and DVD burners), speeding up your current system, consultation on the purchase of new computer products, file organization, software updates, back ups, phone consults, and file transfers.

At $225 a month, the hourly rate drops to $45 an hour and the per minute phone rate drops to 80 cents. Hours roll over to the next month if they are not used. There is a three-month commitment period to all work done at a discounted rate.

"Tune Up" Service Package:

"Tune-Ups" start at $200 for a 3-hour visit.  During this visit, 2 computers will be worked on simultaneously. That's like getting the second tune up for $50!  

Good times to schedule are lunchtime or the end of the day, so that your time without access to your computer is minimal. I am also able to come after hours by special arrangement (additional charges may apply).

Payment is due within 5 working days of that appointment.  I accept cash, check, or Pay Pal.

I return calls as quickly as I can with a weekday turn around rate of 24 hours or less.  I am out of the office on Saturdays and Sundays.  You are welcome to call or email me with a detailed description of the problem at any time.  Please also include which days and times would be best for you to schedule an appointment.
