Troubleshooting by Phone

  • Phone troubleshooting carries a minimum charge of $20, which covers the first 20 minutes
  • Some problems are too complex to address over the phone.  If, after 20 minutes, we still haven't solved your problem, I suggest that we schedule a house call.
  • Follow-up house calls are eligible for a $10 discount.
  • Phone troubleshooting should take place during normal business hours (see home page)

 

Emergency Services

  • Emergency Services are when the client requires a same-day or weekend on-site appointment.
  • These services are billed at $80 an hour and have a two-hour minimum.
